Overview:
This project involved designing and developing a fully interactive onboarding training system for newly hired educators at Suwannee Valley 4C’s. The course replaced static PDF-based materials with a structured digital experience that guides new hires through policies, procedures, and role expectations. Built in collaboration with organizational leadership, the system integrates scenario-based learning, knowledge checks, and progress tracking to support consistent onboarding across the workforce.
